Compassionate Therapy that Goes to the Heart of the Matter

Despite our best efforts, life can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming.

As humans on this planet for a short time, we face inevitable loss and pain, and often the ways we are trying to cope with or avoid this situation can lead to all kinds of problems.

  • You might be aware of your potential and longing for intimacy, connection, and fulfillment, and yet find yourself repeating the same patterns and hitting the same dead ends over and again.

  • You might be going through a crisis or life transition that is upending everything you thought you knew about yourself, or ripping open an old wound that you thought was in the past.

  • You might be overwhelmed by this current moment in history, leading to lostness and despair, and unsure how to keep going.

  • You might be realizing that you’ve been living on autopilot and tuned into the needs of others, and not knowing where to begin with relocating yourself.

Therapy provides you with the space and support you need to face these complex issues and get to the heart of where things are going awry.

I draw on depth approaches that help to uncover and transform deeper-set patterns of relating with our selves and with others, along with methods of working in the present moment with mindfulness, emotions, and the body. My approach is highly personalized and engaged.

I work both with individuals and couples, and offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as an additional way to navigate more entrenched or harder to reach places for those who are eligible.
